With unifying the settings in this release, by default, Automatic Remediation now deletes incident-related emails from users’ mailboxes. From the Menu button, click Settings to confirm your settings

We heard your feedback and now Forensics and Incident Response has a new look!

We migrated to using React as our front-end technology which gives us greater flexibility in integrating the new features you’ve been requesting. For the most part, with this release, the functionality of the product remains at parity (and better) with previous design.

To further improve the experience, we added visualizations to the Incidents Page. These visualizations are only a glimpse of the actions you can take on the product. Stay tuned as we add more charts and actionable insights to the product.

If you don’t see the new look, don’t worry, your account will be switched over in the coming weeks.

Barracuda Forensics allows you to enter your serial number

You can now enter your serial number and linking code from within the product user interface. To do so, you can either click on “Add your serial number” in the blue box up top or by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner. You will see the below pop-up:

**This only applies to customers that bought the product after 10/01/19. **

If you purchased the product on or after 10/01/19, please find your serial number and linking code from the email that you received when you purchased either Barracuda Forensics or Barracuda Total Email Protection.

Today we’re are thrilled to introduce our product timeline. The purpose of this timeline is to keep you informed about updates and changes we are continuously pushing to Barracuda Forensics. This includes new features, improvements, fixes but also scheduled maintenances.

We work on Barracuda Forensics all the time and your satisfaction is our main metric for success. However, sometimes, it may seem that not much is happening. We know that communication is important and this new timeline is here to strengthen that very important part.

You’ll notice updates while browsing our service webpage through a widget that appears at the right time. Besides, all things we’ve changed is centralized on our timeline. You can also subscribe to receive updates right to your inbox.
