Potential Incidents: Email Alert Settings
You can now receive email notifications when a potential incident is created by Barracuda Forensics and Incidents Response. The default is NOT to receive email alerts.
You can access the settings by clicking on the cog icon in Potential Incidents page (on the top right corner)
Enabling the settings by clicking the toggle to “Yes” means that every time a potential incident is created by the system, an email will be sent to the email on file (you can see this on the screen). We currently use the existing notification email address for the Incident Summary address as the recipient address.
If you want to use a different email address, you can set the sync option to “No” and change the email address. Toggling the sync option back to “Yes” will replace your email address changes with the incident summary email address.
