Note: We plan to slowly roll this feature out to all FIR customers in phases. Thank you for your patience, you should all be able to use this feature by end of this month or early next month.

What: Barracuda Forensics & Incident Response can locate potential threats looming in your Office 365 account.

Potential Incidents comprise two categories:

• Related Threats – Threats based on an incident that you already created. Click View Original Incident to see the incident that you already created.
• Post-Delivery Threats – Based on Barracuda’s intelligence on currently circulating threats, threats that might already be present in your inbox.

Each potential threat is displayed on separate cards on the Potential Incidents page. The large number at the top of each card shows the number of emails related to this potential threat that are currently present in your Office 365 account.

You can review the potential threats and, if desired, create a new incident based on the specific threat.
